How to Turn Any Text or Shape into 3D Extrusion.

First Create a New Document at any size.

Add background color for 3D text effect using gradient tool.

Convert 2D layers into 3D postcards – Right click the layer and select Postcard.

Now use the Text Tool (T) to write out your text with any color.

Select the text layer and go to 3D – New 3D Extrusion From Selected Layer.

We can play around with the rotation of the text layer by dragging the X Y Z arrows.
